A 50-minute private, in-home mobility session focused on range of motion, stiffness, and movement restrictions.

Sessions include assisted stretching on a table, active mobility work, corrective exercise, and recovery tools when appropriate. The goal is to help the body move more freely and support better joint function over time.

Designed for clients who feel restricted, stiff, or limited and want focused mobility work without a full strength session.

Complete Performance Session

A complete in-home session combining a 60-minute private training session with a full 50-minute mobility and assisted stretching session.

This option pairs focused strength training with dedicated post-training mobility work, giving clients both the training stimulus and the recovery-focused work in one appointment.

Designed for clients who want strength, movement quality, and hands-on mobility addressed together without turning the session into a two-hour workout.

Household Training

Private in-home coaching for families and households who want strength, movement, and long-term health built into their routine.

Sessions can be used by different members of the same household or structured as semi-private coaching when appropriate. Session length and structure depend on the number of people, goals, and level of individual attention needed.
