I believe fitness should support the life you want to live. My approach centers on strength, mobility, injury prevention, and long-term physical resilience.

As we age, our bodies change. The goal is not to train like you're 20 forever. The goal is to move well, stay strong, and continue doing the activities you enjoy for decades to come. Whether that's playing tennis, padel, golfing, lifting weights, or simply staying active with family and friends, training should adapt to your body and your lifestyle.

Every exercise, movement, and progression within a program serves a purpose. There are no random workouts, unnecessary complexity, or trends for their own sake. Clients are encouraged to understand the rationale behind their training, as education is an important part of long-term success. If I cannot explain why something belongs in your program, then I am not doing my job.

I have experience working with individuals of varying ages, fitness levels, and movement limitations, including those managing previous injuries, surgeries, chronic stiffness, and physical restrictions. Every program is tailored to the individual, with a focus on movement quality, proper progression, and sustainable results.

My goal is to help clients move better, feel stronger, and maintain an active lifestyle for years to come.
