From first text to a weekly routine.

How it works.

Your first session is 75 minutes, at home.

  1. Text or request a call

Fifteen minutes about your goals, schedule, training history, and any relevant injuries or movement limitations. Texting 203-451-3674 is fastest.

  2. Your first session

We look at how you move, your available range of motion, and differences in strength or control from side to side. You leave with an explanation of what we saw, initial exercises to practice, and a recommendation for moving forward.

  3. A routine that adjusts as you go

A structured program built around your goals, your schedule, and what we learned in the first session. Every session goes into a training record: exercises, weights, repetitions, and movement quality, with range of motion and bar speed when measured. Each session adapts to how you feel that day; between visits you have exercises to practice, and you can text Matt with questions. For weight-loss goals, general nutrition guidance can complement the training, with a focus on everyday habits.

A few practical questions.

What does it cost after the first session?

Packages are set after your first session, based on how often you train and which service fits.

Where do sessions take place, and who brings the equipment?

In your home, from Greenwich to Westport. Matt brings all the equipment. On the call we talk through your space and anything you already have; before the first visit we confirm arrival details, including the entrance and any gate access.

Do I need training experience?

No. Your current ability and experience guide the session. Exercises, technique, and progression are adjusted to where you are starting.

How is The 110 different from a Mobility Session?

The 110 combines 60 minutes of strength training with 50 minutes of mobility and assisted stretching. A Mobility Session is 60 minutes of focused mobility work without a full training session.

What if I have a previous injury or movement limitation?

After surgery or an injury, you need clearance from your physician or physical therapist before we begin. We work within their restrictions and the scope of fitness coaching. New or worsening pain should be assessed by an appropriate healthcare professional. Greenwich Performance provides fitness and mobility coaching, not medical care or physical therapy.

Does the form book a time automatically?

No. The form requests a call, and Matt follows up within one business day. Texting 203-451-3674 is the fastest way to set a time.
