Meet Matt.

Founder of Greenwich Performance. Coaching since 2020.

  • NASM Certified Personal Trainer
  • Corrective Exercise Specialist
  • CPR/AED Certified

I’m Matt Kashetta. I played lacrosse, began in boutique and group fitness in 2020, and became certified in 2021. I also graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Business Administration and Management. My work brings together strength training, assisted stretching, and corrective exercise.

I’ve worked one-on-one with hundreds of clients since 2020, inside studios serving thousands of members, including people with injury and surgery histories, with their doctor’s or PT’s clearance. Since 2022 I’ve coached independently in clients’ homes, including athletes headed to top college programs, and I’ve trained dozens of fitness professionals in my methods. Today I coach private clients and lead a team of mobility practitioners.

How I coach.

Your history comes first.

We start with your training experience, current ability, and any relevant movement limitations.

A reason for every exercise.

I explain why each exercise belongs in your program and what we’re working toward. Sessions are challenging at a level you can manage, with attention to posture, control, and steady progression, adjusted to how you feel that day.
